ASAL USA makes capital available to ASAL International via loans to the local ASAL Savings and Loans company in that particular country such as ASAL Costa Rica S.A. a Registered Costa Rican Savings and Loans company. ASAL USA loans to ASAL (country) are based on loan portfolio quality. The majority of loans will be asset back with average of no more than 80% debt to asset leverage.
